📦 Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for a different size or colour, provided:

• You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The item is unworn, unused, and returned in perfect condition with all original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we’ve received and inspected the item, we’ll process your exchange and send out the replacement.

To start an exchange, please email us at info@humbahides.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

❌ Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

• The item arrives damaged or faulty, and
• You notify us immediately upon delivery, with clear photos of the issue.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change-of-mind purchases
• Incorrect sizing (please refer to our Size Guide before ordering)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom-made or personalized orders
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Gift cards

• Moisturise occasionally: Use a good quality leather conditioner every few months to keep it supple.
• Avoid overstuffing: Don’t overload your bag — this protects its shape and stitching.
• Store it kindly: Keep in a dust bag or pillowcase, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Spot clean gently: Use a soft cloth or damp sponge for light marks. Avoid harsh cleaners or detergents.

Our canvas and waterproof-lined bags are designed for everyday practicality.

• Wipe clean: Use a damp cloth or wet wipe to clean inside and out.
• Avoid chemicals: Stick to mild cleaners only; harsh chemicals can damage stitching or finishes.
• Leather trims: When applying leather care products, avoid getting conditioner on cotton stitching or fabric panels.
• Air dry only: After spills, let your bag air dry naturally. Never use a heater or tumble dryer.

🌊 For Waterproof Linings & Wet Bags

These products are made to handle life’s messes — from swimsuits to cloth nappies.

• Quick clean: Wipe inside with a damp cloth after use.
• Rinse when needed: Run under water for bigger spills, then hang to dry.
• Machine washable: For deeper cleans, pop into the wash with your laundry (cold or gentle cycle recommended).
