Returns & Exchanges
At Humba Hides, we want you to absolutely love your handmade leather goods. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help—within reason and in line with our handcrafted nature.
📦 Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges for a different size or colour, provided:
- You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unworn, unused, and returned in perfect condition with all original packaging.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we’ve received and inspected the item, we’ll process your exchange and send out the replacement.
To start an exchange, please email us at info@humbahides.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
❌ Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
- The item arrives damaged or faulty, and
- You notify us immediately upon delivery, with clear photos of the issue.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Incorrect sizing (please refer to our Size Guide before ordering)
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-made or personalized orders
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
📮 Return Address & Instructions
We’ll provide the return address and full instructions once your exchange or refund request has been approved.
