How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia via Australia Post. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your parcel.

We use Australia Post as our trusted delivery partner. They offer reliable tracking and delivery times across the country.
Where do you deliver?
At this time, Humba Hides only delivers within Australia. We hope to expand our delivery options in the future.
Tracking & Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
If your item is in stock, we’ll prepare and ship your order within 2–4 business days.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update your delivery details before dispatch.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number and link so you can monitor your delivery progress via Australia Post.
How do I know if I have received my complete order?
All items are carefully packed and shipped together whenever possible. Feel free to contact us if you’re unsure or need assistance.
Returns and Refunds
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We gladly offer exchanges for different sizes or colours. To be eligible, items must be returned in perfect, unworn condition with all original packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Refunds are only issued if an item arrives damaged or faulty. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
How do I request an exchange?
If you need a different size or colour, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll guide you through the exchange process. Remember, the item must be in its original condition, and you'll need to cover the return shipping costs.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We take great care to ensure our products meet high-quality standards. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a refund or replacement as appropriate.
Are there any items that cannot be returned or exchanged?
Yes, certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards

To keep your leather items looking beautiful and feeling great, proper care is essential:

- Cleaning: Wipe away dust with a soft brush or damp cloth. For tough marks, use a suitable leather cleaner. Always test on a small area first.
- Storage: Keep your leather goods in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
These simple steps will help extend the life of your leather items for years to come.
My shoes feel tight — is this normal?
Yes! Leather shoes are designed to mold to your feet. A snug fit at first is normal, and after one or two wears, the leather will soften and adapt to your shape for a truly comfortable fit.
